Can Betty operate without someone present?

Yes. Betty is designed to operate independently when placed on a window, but we recommend someone supervise the cleaning process and be present to remove Betty from the glass once she has finished.

Can Betty clean glass of any shape?

No. Betty is designed to clean rectangular / square windows. If you try to clean e.g. diamond-shaped or round windows with her, she may not cover the full area of the glass, especially the corners.

Can I clean windows at an angle?

Yes. We strongly suggest to use the safety rope to ensure Betty wouldn't fall from height.

Can Betty clean any type of dirt or residue? Can she be used on greasy windows?

Betty is designed for routine maintenance rather than first-time or heavy-duty cleaning.

What if the there's a power outage while I use Betty?

Don't worry. Betty has an in-built battery that can support the robot for up to 20 minutes. If there's a power outage, remove the robot from the window.
