Partnership Programs Business Developer, Sofia

Job summary:
As MClimate grows, we re on a lookout for an experienced business developer who is both a strategist and an effective executor. The role of a Partnership Programs Business Developer entitles you to pursue the realization of key partnerships in alignment with the company's goals. Examples of a strategic partnerships from the private and the public sector involves Security, Insurance companies, Fire & Police departments among others. We are looking for a person who understands market dynamics as well as the potential opportunities which smart and connected products could deliver. The ideal candidate has the skills to navigate between all stakeholders' interests while driving sales impact and influence across the region. If you are self-dependent, proactive creator of opportunities willing to work alongside smart home industry-leaders, then this might be the call for you.

Responsibilities:  
  • Identify key partnerships in alignment with the MClimate’s philosophy, vision and strategy
  • Establish connections with third parties and discover potential synergies
  • Strategize, plan and execute partnerships on a local and a global level

Minimum qualifications:
  • Excellent written and spoken business English
  • Bsc in Business, Economics or another relevant major
  • A 3+ years of a proven record as a business developer or a corresponding position

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5+ years of a proven record as a business developer in an international tech company
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced young company with aggressive sales environment
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Experience working with Security & Insurance companies
  • Experience working with smart & connected products
