Customer Service Representative, Sofia

Job summary:
Since MClimate's biggest asset is the team of bright-minded, creative and innovative professionals, we seek to expand it by finding a skilled problem-solver to join us as a Customer Service Representative. We're looking for a tech enthusiast who is service-minded and capable of providing  intelligible solutions as a customer support. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to our customers by having deep product knowledge, and by  following the company's customer service practices.  

Responsibilities:  
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding product problems, billing issues, service questions and general customer concerns
  • Provides accurate, timely and valid information to our customers
  • Collects/reports customer feedback for product development purposes
  • Keeps record of customer interactions
  • Initiates cross-functional team collaboration

Preferred qualifications:
  • Proven experience with client assistance and customer support
  • Ability to adapt/respond to customer characters
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
  • Ability to  prioritize, multi-task and manage time  effectively
